Nam Wayne's twelve years in the making debut album may have taken too long to surface, but while we get closer to its release and we get to listen to more off it, it becomes clear and quite evident that the guy's gritty, drenched in reverb garage rock sound feels kind of timeless and good to listen to on any decade.
Decade Of Darkness is built on lyrics inspired by the Bush administration which was still in charge when the song was written and although it should break as mistimed being released in 2017, as we are on the verge of another unstable person taking over the US Presidency, the song sounds like it's dropping right on time to foretell whatever kind of darkness lies ahead.
