Austin's Blushing is comprised of two husband and wife couples who came together through their common love for ethereal dreampop and shoegazing soundscapes and whom we have previously featured on our recent playlist, Destroying Existence Vol.1.
On the four-piece's debut EP you'll discover their unbelievable knack for fuzzed up melody, vocal harmonies and dreamlike atmosphere, as well as their obvious influences from some of the genre's finest acts, the inspiration from which, Blushing make excellent use of.
It seems like Austin's noisy shoegaze scene holds up pretty great, with Blushing now added to the long list of greatness that keeps emerging from that amazing city that has brought us the talents of acts like Ringo Deathstarr, Bloody Knives, Explosions In The Sky and much more.
