Although Lithuania's Garbanotas Bosistas have been around for about eight years, they have only released one full length so far, 2015's Above Us, but the band is now on track for their sophomore full length. Their upcoming album is being introduced with the fresh single, Last Summer's Day, a psychedelic dreampop ballad which blends together melancholy and psychedelia like a dream, and comes accompanied by gorgeous visuals in a video which touches upon the full circle of life, from genesis and pure nature to man, technology and deep space.
The band states: "It's a synth ballad and a video about the summer, about the peaks of mountains and the peaks of days, about friends and fields, about truths and tresses. Once you've heard somewhere that you're infinite, but the summer ends, you have to climb down the mountain, evening comes, friends leave, at the edge of the field there's a forest, truths wear out and you cut down your tresses..."
