Taking their ambient and exploratory sound to an idiosyncratic space where the music tends to sound both prone to the genre's long-established form, and unrestrictedly contemporary, Neuland, composed of Tangerine Dream's Peter Baumann and Paul Haslinger, reveal a third single off their coming self-titled record.
The Lost Cord brings forth the moodiest parts of new age, modern experimental electronica, ambiance and synthwave, while its accompanying visuals are simply stunning.
"Edgar [Froese] recruited each of us at different times for Tangerine Dream," explains Paul Haslinger, "so we both joined an existing structure. Neuland was formed from the ground up — just two crazy people deciding to make music together."
Neuland's self-titled LP comes out October 25th, 2019.
