LA musician, Kaz Mirblouk, has been a member of Hooveriii and Numb.er since 2017, while he's also been continuing to develop his solo project with which he has just released new single Borderline, a fine piece of garage pop, post punk and krautrock qualities which introduces the artist's new work, and his overall most aspiring offering to date.
The new song is part of Kaz Mirblouk's upcoming second record, Careless by Contrast, written throughout late 2017 and early 2018, co-produced with Louis Cohen with whom Mirblouk explored themes of transition and nostalgia, pushing his sound toward something fuller and grander. The album was self-recorded between tours during 2018 and 2019, and includes invited musicians and Mirblouk's friends Spencer Hoffman, Oliver Pinnel, and other bandmates.
