Coinciding with the very much equivalent to the band's aesthetics, World Goth Day, Detroit dark rockers, VAZUM, release The Familiar, another piece off their forthcoming album, V+. The new single is a smart commentary on the current state of the music industry, and the the way algorithms work to eventually benefit the conventional instead of those truly inventive and imaginative.
The Familiar comes with a super fun DIY video shot and edited by VAZUM vocalist and bassist, Emily Sturm, in which the band pay their respects to dark music paradigms, Nine Inch Nails, Siouxsie, The Cure and The Sisters Of Mercy.
