Newcastle punks, Fast Blood, arrive nearly two years after their self-titled EP, with a new lineup featuring new drummer Dave Allen (Voorhees, Natterers), and their debut album being in the works. The band's return is marked with new single, Pulling Teeth, an energetic and fast paced hit which highlights their combination of garage punk, emo rock and post hardcore.
Pulling Teeth is a song about coping with the stress of aiding others who are self-destructive at the price of your one's health, and the band justify the ponderousness of the track's theme with a muscly sound and an expressive execution.
