Following the release of their EP Great Falls in late 2020, Oakland dreampop outfit There's Talk have released a new track, Lightleak, as part of a four-song EP of the same title. The trio, comprised of songwriter Olivia Lee and collaborators Kellen Balla and Young Lee, bring their ethereal and somber dreampop sound to full fruition once more with dazzling use of electronics and an overall delicate and surreal creative approach.
Having an optimistic character, and coming across consistent with the band's dreampop aesthetic, Lightleak, is a song for rebound and contemplation.
