Manon Meurt is a four-piece shoegaze/dreampop upcoming band from a small Czech town, Rakovnik, who a couple of years earlier self-released their debut EP on vinyl and quickly sold it out. Now Label Obscura, a Canadian label dedicated to bringing to the light some of indie rock's obscure and out of print releases, has announced the reissue of Manon Meurt's debut on a limited run of 300 copies on white vinyl.
Influenced by shoegaze's finest acts like My Bloody Valentine, Ride, Slowdive and Lush, Manon Meurt have already started making a name for themselves after sharing the stage with MBV, LSD And The Search For God, The Raveonettes and more. While the band hasn't released anything in full length form yet, their couple of EPs so far show great promise and much potential.
