Singer-songwriter Daniel Tischler founded Attic Giant, turned it into a five-piece band and brought into being its first EP, Flush, which will be released on May 26th.
For its longing and downcast sound, the Vienna-based musician, on his band's debut release collaborated with fellow Austrian producer, Inner Tongue, and the result is an admirable compound which includes lo-fi and bedroom pop aesthetics with fundamentals of sadcore and dreampop.
Take it from the first single, Blow, which appears ghostly and fragile in its essence, yet it is a firm song and it makes a thrilling debut single release for a band that comes to light as one of sad music's finest hopefuls.
