Ever since we first heard it and included it on Destroying Existence Vol.2, Loz KeyStone's Livid has been on repeat round here; a pensive and contemplative song which copes with introspection and moral philosophy. It is mushy and sweet, and it does not take much to become absorbed in its sentimentalism.
"This song is an internal conversation from someone in their lowest state," the songwriter describes it himself, and continues: "At that point, the acute sense of failure that you experience reveals to you that the things you might treasure about yourself - your values, the things you believe that make you a good person - are no longer represented in the actions you're taking. Instead, you might discover that you've become defined by your vices, things about you that used to be just one side of you but are now wholly out of control."
