Bay Area five-piece, Culture Abuse, are about to follow their acclaimed by the press / unappreciated by the masses 2016 album, Peach, with a new full length whose title references the band's origin, and manifests their nodding to the indie nineties power pop energy.
Bay Dream is being released on a huge label, Epitaph, and finds the band fresh off their collaboration with Wavves and a tour with Turnstile and Touché Amoré.
Both Calm E and Be Kind To The Bugs, the singles revealed so far, are quite excellent, as melodious and well crafted as expected, holding the garage punk rocking heaviness back a bit, but still rugged, and fitted to appeal to both the good and the bad kids out there.
