Sirens is the third and final track unveiled off Personality Cult's debut self-titled EP. Once more, LA-based artist and songwriter, James Clifford, channels his new wave and post-punk influences in the best of ways, approaching them with respect, and rendering them to something exhilarating and original.
While many first-rate names come into play when one attempts to describe the sounds and feelings in Personality Cult's fresh music, in summary it is Clifford's evident ability to artfully compose, construct and deliver what impresses the most, while the songs themselves, brief and straightforward as they are, leave space for many repeats.
