In advance of the release of their new album, Chambers, scheduled to come out November 16th, 2018, Chicago shoegaze five-piece, Lightfoils, share another splendid single off it.
This Time Is Up resides on the nervier and cruder side of the band's wide-ranging shoegaze sound, appearing a little briefer than the previously unveiled and very much expansive, Summer Nights, yet, very much voluminous and as far-reaching as fans of the band would have expected.
On their glowing new single, Lightfoils channel their inner-MBV with outright readiness and expertise, raising all expectations for the forthcoming LP even more, and further getting the knack of their dazzling distorted sound.
