Ritual Aesthetic: The Analog Flesh

Dark industrial metal of the most imposing kind offer Denver's Ritual Aesthetic, who are making their presence felt in this nonconformist and eccentric scene, and show that they have no trouble standing out.

The band was formed by vocalist, Sean Ragon, as an artistic attempt to resurrect industrial music for the new generation, and in 2018 they followed their debut album, Decollect, from four years ago, with the utterly dynamic, Wound Garden.

Ritual Aesthetic had a very successful year, since the band signed with Cleopatra Records for the release of their sophomore album, while they shared stages with seminal industrial acts such as The Revolting Cocks, Frontline Assembly, 3teeth, and Godflesh.

The excellent visual that accompanies the single, The Analog Flesh, is directed by Vicente Cordero, and looks like something that could have come from the mind of David Cronenberg, enhanced with the band's crispness and compelling sound and aesthetics.

"The Analog Flesh is a song examining the dichotomy between the organic and the artificial, and their now inseparable relationship in 2018," says vocalist Sean Ragon.
