With a deranged electronic sound that nods to past darkwave greats, such as Skinny Puppy, Front Line Assembly, and the like, the industrial gloominess of Matt Auxier's 6th Circle is now released in the form of an EP. The five-track, Conjuring, is out now via DIY tape label, Squall Recordings, and soon on Phage Tapes.
Streaming for the first time ever, a psychedelic, occult/horror-infused and very much spirited visual by John Thompson accompanies the previously unveiled dynamite of a single, Asmodeus, about which the artist comments: "The way of the left hand path is direct action, and this song speaks to that, both politically and in reference to ritual magick."
Here follow five minutes of electro-industrial darkness and matching obscure imagery in a unique compound which shouldn't be overlooked.
