Canadian experimental avant-rockers, Fly Pan Am, return after a fifteen-year absence with C'est ça, their upcoming album, due out September 20th, 2019 via the consistently great and reliable, Constellation Records.
Distance Dealer, the album's introductory single, reveals that the acclaimed band hasn't left behind any of the freshness of their early days, with their exploratory aims showcased in full swing. The new track is a bold noisy rocker with an intense krautrock character, distinctive of the band's tensile strength, while also evocative of the nerve and grit of shoegaze pioneers, My Bloody Valentine.
Fifteen years after their third and latest LP, N'écoutez pas, the Montréal quartet sound ready to get their fanbase excited again, and also audacious enough to appeal to a broader and extended listenership.
