The story of Bedroom Floor, the new single by York slacker rockers, Bull, goes back as far as 2015, when the song was initially composed, Still, the band put new life into it with the newer members on board, and recorded it with Remko Schouten of Amsterdam's Ijland Studios to release it four years after its inception.
"Bedroom Floor is a depressing song about self-deprecation, thinking and saying things you don't mean whilst growing to dislike your own voice," Bull state about the new song which follows the recently unveiled, Love Goo.
The song comes with an unfussy black and white video, starring Cees Paris from Canshaker Pi with whom Bull toured, and its subtitled in Dutch as a reference to the band's growing fanbase in The Netherlands.
Although tuneful and sweet-toned, Bedroom Floor excels also for its heart-searching introspection, its lyricism and existential properties, and comes on as one of Bull's most prominent offerings to date.
