LA hardcore punks, Entry, will be releasing their debut full length, Detriment through Southern Lord on July 17th, 2020. Following Your Best Interest from a couple of months ago, the second single off it is the very much forceful, Selective Empathy.
"Selective Empathy is about the struggle many of us have with our parents who once told us to be kind and accepting to everyone but now support ideas contrary to that," says vocalist and lyricist Sara G. "I think this issue has been exacerbated by the widespread use of social media for news and information sharing."
Entry are Sean Sakamoto (bass guitar), Sara G (vocals), Chris Dwyer (drums) and Clayton Stevens (guitar).
