LA-based dark industrial act, Thrillsville, returns with new single, The Fever, a lively track once more sharply produced and overall easy to take in, coming across with a superb industrial pop sound, and translating its influence from a very tasteful source into something completely disparate and engaging.
The Fever is inspired from the episode of the same name from the first season of the original The Twilight Zone, firstly aired in 1960, whose plot narrates the story of a couple which is pulled into the adversity of a gambling addiction. The new song manages to embody the Rod Serling-penned story's anxiety in a very smooth and impeccable way.
Thrillsville is the solo project of artist and producer, Rani Sharone of Stolen Babies fame. Apart from his collaborations with topnotch acts like Puscifer, Marilyn Manson, and Tyler Bates, Sharone is also known for his film and TV score work, including the 2016 experimental animated feature, My Entire High School Sinking into the Sea.
