Salt Lake City hardcore act, OWN, emerge with a powerful sound and a dark essence as expressed through the thematically crushing and all around devastating, Nothing Follows, the band's imposing debut piece.
"A song about processing the death of a loved one," the band describe the track's concept and intent with accuracy, through a poetic interpretation. "The shock of death. The regret of wounds unmended. The harsh reality of being completely powerless. The urge to keep their positive legacy alive."
Lyrically the song ravages the listener's psyche, and altogether it places an evidently fresh act on the hardcore map.
