Returning for the first time in two years, underrated Texas shoegazers, Glare, and release new standalone track, Passing Dream, a very much energetic and driving mixture of shoegaze and grunge, this time with strong hints of post hardcore and noise rock influences.
Glare's sound is evidently established in the genre's heavier side, and their overmuch use of fuzz and reverb mingles incredibly well with the energy that the band's delivery emanates. Passing Dream is arguably the band's liveliest offering to date, and it has just come out through Sunday Drive Records, while we're promised more of the same gazey rock distinction and caliber being on the way.
