New Zealand-based musician, Annemarie Duff, formerly of Miniatures, continues in a similar hazy and musing dreampop vein of her project's earlier single and EP releases, and comes forth with The Ease, the latest offering under the moniker T. G. Shand.
The artist's wistful approach to songwriting never fails to impress, this time following an indie folk path, while the song's overall tuneful and balmy essence amounts to a characteristic T. G. Shand piece, with its lo-fi idiosyncrasy all opened out.
The Ease was self-produced by Annemarie Duff, and it's a deft addition to the project's so far brief, yet, winsome catalog.
