Seattle surf pop/dreampop band, Beach Vacation, return with their first offering after the release of their very good recent debut album, I Fell Apart. The standalone single, Lost In Sight, finds the duo true to their hazy and dreamlike kind of soft indie pop, and it owes its perfect production to Zeph Sowers who has produced the music of top class acts in the past, like Yeah Yeah Yeahs and TV On The Radio.
"It was recorded in my bedroom after being inspired by a lot of recent songs I've discovered," songwriter Tabor Rupp shares. "The song is about taking someone I care about for granted and dealing with the consequences."
Lost In Sight is out now as part of the eclectic catalog of Z Tapes Records.
