The world's most troublesome band returns in full punk rock mode connecting with the black metal extremity of their core. Atavistic Black Disorder/Kommando, the new EP by Mayhem will be out July 9th, 2021 through Century Media, composed of three original pieces, and covers of tracks by Discharge, Dead Kennedys, Ramones and Rudimentary Peni.
Voces Ab Alta, one of the EP's originals, comes with a visualizer created by acclaimed artist, Costin Chioreanu (Ghost, Opeth, Napalm Death). The track, initially an outtake from the sessions of 2019's Daemon, comes with a dark and dramaturgic feel similar the band's recent endeavors.
