Forever Repeating Dreams had been previously available only on the physical version of the album None Of This Will Matter, the full length by experimental musician Jacob Ware aka Rapt, released via Z-Tapes in October 2020.
The track is now being released as a standalone piece, and it slants on the indie folk side of the artist's sound. Since the song's first release, Rapt has also put out Drouth, a work which is more expressive of his experimental/ambient proclivities, yet, Forever Repeating Dreams remains true to the wistful folk of the album to which it initially belong. Ultimately, the song swarms with Rapt's familiar melancholy in its introspective three-minute directness.
