From the roster of metal juggernaut Nuclear Blast, French metal band, Celeste, release single and video, De Tes Yeux Bleus Perlés, off their upcoming full length, Assassine(s). The album was produced by Chris Edrich (Gojira, Tesseract, The Ocean, Leprous) and is coming out on January 28th, 2022.
Celeste have been sharpening their extreme sound for years, since their first appearance in 2009 with their album, Misanthrope(s), and over a decade later they appear more than ready for the big leagues, bringing their underground/avant-garde blend of post metal, sludge and black metal to a wider audience through a bigger label, sounding even more sharpened and realized.
De Tes Yeux Bleus Perlés is paradigmatic of the band's union of weightiness and melancholy, and it comes with a fantastic, cinematic visual directed by Grégory Hoepffner.
