Danbury, Connecticut band, HED, have been gaining a fresh wave of acclaim as a result of re-releases and the publishing of previously unheard material through Brooklyn label DECLARED GOODS. Following the collection Her Fix Today and DROOL EP, the band's last studio recordings, which were previously unavailable, are now released in the new album, Days Like Razors, Nights Like Rats.
Days Like Razors, Nights Like Rats is the band's album which never came to be due to the band's dissolution. It's a set of studio recordings created by HED in 1992 in Hartford, Connecticut's Studio 45, and it includes their only material with Chris "Swamp Thing" Mitchell on drums.
Simplicity is the Key, a spectacular psychedelic rocker, is also a distinct expression of the band's grit and ferocity which finally sees the light of day, vying for the appropriate recognition.
