Psychedelic art rock veterans, The Besnard Lakes, return with the vibrant and colorful new single, She's An Icicle, an impressive outtake from their expansive 2021 album, The Besnard Lakes Are The Last Great Thunderstorm Warnings.
She's An Icicle has been edited and reworked to become a powerful indie rock piece which begins as a delicate homage to a lost love, ultimately reflecting the intricate art and the numerous layers of The Besnard Lakes. The band's lyrical rock excursions are clearly outlined in the six-minute song, which evolves and shifts while Jace Lasek's falsetto makes its presence felt.
