LA band, The Loud Bangs, continue with their distinct, psychedelic and experimental take on shoegaze rock with the release of the new single, Cars Kill, a riff-centered, moody number about the very real the fear of being a passenger in a high-speed car crash.
The song is part of the new five-song EP, Highway Safety Films, and it comes with a video created by Philomena Petty.
Since their inception in 2021, The Loud Bangs have come up with a significant sequence of EP and single releases, making the band one of the most productive new acts in current shoegaze. With Highway Safety Films appearing as one of their most developed works to date, centerpiece Cars Kill also earns a place among the band's most memorable and overall finest singles.
