Norwegian blackened hardcore outfit, Nadir, reveal a new track off their debut album, Extinction Rituals, which is scheduled for release on May 5th, 2023. Tenebrae is an imposing piece which strikes with relentless energy and darkness from start to finish, and it encapsulates the band's pristine amalgamation of black metal and hardcore.
Nadir explain: "Tenebrae was the first song written for our debut album Extinction Rituals, and we needed it to set the tone for what we want to accomplish."
Tenebrae is a brazen act of hostility and dejection, and through its ferocious four minutes, Nadir aim to show that there remains room for innovation and evolution in a time when, depending on the angle from which one views it, the broader metal landscape is quickly becoming recurrent.
