The Meffs have gained notoriety as creators of dynamic and furious punk tracks, and they've been considered to be an unquestionably must-see live sensation since their emergence in the UK underground scene in 2019. In late 2022, to release their first record since their 2019 demo, the group signed with the new label, Bottles to the Ground helmed by Fat Mike of NOFX.
Broken Britain Pt. 2 is the band's new five-track EP, and the lead single off it, No Future, is a solid track produced by Frank Turner.
The Meffs are Lewis on drums and backing vocals and Lily on vocals and guitar. Congruent with the band's style, the lyrics address wider social disparities, with Lily's vocals not holding back over a wall of powerful instrumentals.
