The soundtrack of A24's film I Saw the TV Glow, directed by Jane Schoenbrun, has been gaining attention for its diverse selection of fifteen songs which cover a wide range of current indie music.
Among these, Kristina Esfandiari's project, King Woman, stands out for representing the notably heavier side of underground music. New track, Bury, is a stark and poignant blend of doom and shoegaze, evoking a profound sense of moodiness.
Moreover, the film features a re-recorded version of King Woman's Psychic Wound, originally from the 2021 album Celestial Blues. The new rendition retains its heavy and haunting atmosphere, offering a lot of depth to the soundtrack.
