Initially conceived as part of the song Panthalassa when Trecka was just 20 years old, the new version revisits and reimagines the composition, bringing together reflections on past traumas and the enduring power of creative partnerships.
An Heap, who also contributed to the original recording over twenty years ago, returns to lend their touch to this transformative iteration.
An artful blend of vintage drum machines, tapes, synths, bass guitar, and Trecka's croon defines the song, creating a dirge-like dreamscape which make for an atmospheric sound and an overall strong impression.
