Yes Chef, a new track revealed off Heavy Lungs' forthcoming album Caviar, channels the chaotic, high-pressure energy of a manic kitchen in full swing. The band's new work was recorded entirely live to capture the raw, sweat-soaked intensity of their notable performances, as the UK punks have packed the record to the brim with ferocity.
As the band's own Danny Nedelko puts it, the new album is “the most Heavy Lungs record there is.”
Fittingly, the band’s journey started in the kitchen. "Me and James first met in the kitchen. It was just like the movie Ghost but with bagels instead of pottery,” Nedelko comments.
